The property is situated within walking distance of 3 main beaches in Rossbeg. A five minute walk away is Rossbeg Harbour (down the lane and turn right) which is home to many fishing boats and a lovely spot for a picnic. A few minutes further is Joe’s pub where you can enjoy a drink taking in the spectacular views.

The main beach is also a 5 minute walk away (down the lane and turn left) and provides a fantastic place for spending the day at the beach with lots of rock pools in the bay and when the tide is in a beautiful swim round the island.

For those looking for more of an adrenaline rush body boarding, kayaking, canoeing, sailing, fishing is also extremely popular (equipment not provided). Tramore Beach is just over the headland and is a picturesque walk over the sand dunes to a vast stretch of beach with fantastic waves for surfing.

The property is 15 minutes drive from Portnoo where you could play a round of golf or go for a long walk along Narin beach and take in the scenery. Alternatively you could drive to Ardara and wander round the quaint shops or enjoy a meal and Guinness in Nancy’s Bar.
